Lately I read some posts saying that its not good to post scrumptious meals that we’re having. Its like showing off to others who couldn’t afford one. In my defend, it all starts with your niat or nawaitu.
Seriously, I wanted to indirectly motivate myself and my girl friends that you can lose weight easily and be healthier just by eating healthy and good food. Good food here doesn’t necessarily have to be expensive. Pasar borong got lotsa good cheap fresh veggies. Yes, you can cook and prepare it on your own. Better.
Dunno how to cook? Googgle! Instagram! Tumblr! Cook book! Don’t be lazy. Its time for you to learn and trust your cooking skills. Haa teringat movie Rattatouille (whateva i frgot how to spell it) that evryone can cook! Again, posting/sharing pictures of anything started w your nawaitu. Thats it. My longest post ever.
